Government promised money

News spreading all over Nigeria that his Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu wants to give every citizen of Nigeria some amount of money – maybe for feeding allowance or to change wardrobe I don’t know.
The news spreading all over nigeria for some days now.
According to his Excellency , he is trying to clear some load of debts which Nigeria owes five countries in the world.
According to DMO( Dept Management Office Nigeria), The agency said Nigeria owes a sum of 5.16 billion dollars to France, Japan, India, China and Germany as at March 2023 – not long ago
My Questions are:
1. Is government having this promised money or they want to borrow again? – as usual.
2. Secondly, what is the assurance every citizen will get the money? – nah Nigeria we deh, no be today e deh happen o. Nah hear we go just hear am till everything go pemme.
